Your ‘day to day’ The Talent & Performance Specialist role is accountable for the proper execution of the Performance and Talent Management processes administration and support. The Specialist will contribute to the efficient delivery of all services in scope, which includes process, system consultancy and troubleshooting, data and L1/L2 customer support, in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and KPIs. The Specialist will contribute to the update and prioritization of the Performance and Talent backlogs by identifying and highlighting customers´ painpoints. The performance of the Specialist will be measured by the employee experience he/she will provide to both global and local stakeholders. • Gather and consolidate best practices, feedback and FAQs from employees and P&C colleagues in markets, regions and functions to feed the inner and outer feedback loops. Initiate process improvement ideas by identifying and eliminating non value adding process steps/activities that will contribute to the efficiency in the delivery of the TM/PM services. • Responsible for Performance Calibration administration and L1/ L2 related consultancy. Manage the Calibration related activities as per local, regional and global needs. Coordinate and escalate with the relevant team any additional process or system support required to guarantee the smooth implementation of the overall Year-end performance review calibration process. • Responsible for end to end Performance Management administration and L1/ L2 related consultancy. Manage the Performance Management related activities as per local, regional and global needs. Coordinate and escalate with the relevant team any additional process or system support required to guarantee the smooth implementation of the overall Performance Management process. • Participate in local, regional or global projects related to Performance and Talent Management. Support the implementation and BAU transition of Regional and Global driven Talent & Performance Management related topics.
