Your ‘day to day’ As a Deploy & Change Lead, you will be responsible for the deployment of new products and services in the markets and/or functions, guaranteeing technical and operational readiness while ensuring strong partnership with the business on change and engagement activities in order to achieve a successful implementation. Your accountabilities include • Create a deployment plan for the ‘change’, including associated change activities, governance, hypercare and consolidation into BAU • Onboard your project team members and consolidate their input into the deployment plan for the delivery of their respective milestones • Facilitate regular engagements with stakeholders, encouraging a culture of collaboration and responsibility for both resolving issues and celebrating successes • Ensure delivery of milestones through the project life cycle, completing the required acceptance criteria for stage gate achievement • Work closely with relevant stakeholders in delivering and implementing communication and engagement plans that will support our employees through the ‘change’ • Proactively identify risks, call-out issues and ensure these are addressed and mitigated • Communicate and monitor success metrics, and cultivate stakeholder participation in the iterative design through the feedback loop • Share your project experiences, lessons learned and issues among the project team members and communities of practice Who we’re looking for • Experienced in leading the delivery of projects affecting business processes and systems in the organization • Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization without direct authority • Excellent communication skills, with ability to frame change message and facilitate discussion • Relentless drive and passion in transforming the service, processes and tools to enhance our employee experience What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
