Your ‘day to day’ You will assist your manager in the development, implementation, monitoring and support of relevant trade program initiatives to support business objectives – with the purpose of establishing partnerships with key clients to enhance consumer preference to company brands and to maximize brand growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following: • Retrieve historical sales data from trade channel and utilize to support the trade engagement team in program development and implementation; pre-align with Sales team to ensure consensus on execution details (target setting, coverage, resources) • Collaborate with Commercial Planning and Operations team to forecast volume impact and ensure sufficient product supply, and coordinate meeting with relevant stakeholders to ensure delivered material complies to regulations and company processes, in line with brand guideline and within budget • Monitor program progress and manage budget, conduct post-program analyses to collect feedback and evaluate program results, and maintain sufficient program documents for compliance check • Provide monthly budget update to manager, and maintain relevant team folders to ensure file is updated and accessed by all users • Responsible for all coordination, information preparation, agenda, meeting minutes and post calibration reporting to management • Coordinate any ad-hoc projects related to commercialization to supports business needs Who we’re looking for • Minimum 3 years working experience • Fluent business English • Comfortable in using Excel and Powerpoint • Consumer-centric and able to learn things quickly • Prior experience in trade marketing (preferred) What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
