You will work in a highly dynamic and international environment, reporting to the Director External Affairs. As part of our sustainability commitment to have strong communities and to secure justice and crime free operation we are highly invested into fighting illicit trade which also secure our business volume. You're ‘day to day’ •Support the development and implementation of illicit trade strategies, to master the company's long-term business objectives and to effectively communicate our position supporting these objectives. •You will highly engage with external stakeholder both from the private sector but mostly with the various law enforcement agencies who can be you arm to carry out actions against smugglers. •You will have a cross-organizational role and have the opportunity to influence the most strategic initiatives, project management processes and tools. You will work closely with the entire leadership level of the organization and along with multidisciplinary experts while driving a project-based mindset focused on efficiency, effectiveness and synergy. Main responsibilities are: •Supporting the head of function and the GM in decisions and processes regarding to combat illicit trade of tobacco products in Israel and support our long-term business objectives. •To map and define relevant stakeholders, draft arguments, training materials and communicate them effectively to different audiences. The communication styles you will need to master can be written, verbal on one to one basis and to ability to carry a out a presentation to wide and large audience. •To demonstrate deep understanding of fiscal issues, including the tax structure of tobacco products, impact of relevant legislation, financial models, implications of external factors on the company's pricing strategy, etc. •To work closely with all the other department's members in order to ensure that the company’s views on illicit trade are conveyed to the public in a factual, balanced, and timely manner. •Ensure full compliance of our relevant stakeholders with all PMI policies. • Broad understanding of the company’s strategies and goals, financial analysis, and Corporate Affairs' issues. •Define objectives, strategies and tactics to address the company's objectives and to articulate a well written action plan to achieve these goals. •Maintain contacts with stakeholders both externally of the company and internally mainly on a regional level and global as well. •Ability to leverage on various data sources in order to be able to assess new trends in the market and progress against objectives. •Lead the establishment and application of project management methodologies, techniques, and processes across all strategic initiatives. •Provide necessary project management support guidance to project managers and be the bridge to the region, based in Switzerland •Deliver frequent status/KPI updates, risk analyses and mitigation tactics, resource allocation to local & Regional Management on portfolio per project. •Provide an integrative view and analysis of the various project aspects to enable better decisions making by stakeholders. •Promote knowledge and learning sharing within the established framework by the Regional PMO. •Assume the role of strategic advisor to the leadership team of Philip Morris Israel Qualities we’re looking for •High level analytical skills and integration between quality and quantity data •Data and details oriented •Strategical thinking •Initiative takers •Thinks and act decisively •Leading process •Possessing excellent communication skills •Good collaboration with colleagues and senior managers •Existing background in Information Systems such as service now, teamwork and any other project management system or demonstrated ability to independently learn new systems •Customer and service-minded, pragmatic attitude Requirements: •University degree (MBA or advanced degree) •Project Management •Knowledge of BI systems (Power BI, Tableau, salesforce) - Big Advantage •Fluent English and Hebrew – read, write and present – Must •Strong knowledge and expertise of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Must •Knowledge in SAP software -Advantage. •Advance Knowledge in statistical tools/models- Advantage •Valid work permit in Israel •7+ years of experience with demonstrated strong experience with financial matters and engagement with stakeholders including media •Experience with the public sector – an advantage •Experience with interaction with various audiences •Experience in project and portfolio management or PMP certification-advantage •Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodology- advantage •Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven stakeholder management experience •Ability to work independently and to define deadlines in a flexible multi-discipline environment; solution minded, precise and practical •Program management from initiation through implementation, including strategic planning, business case application, budget preparation and management, quality assurance and testing management, resource management (internal and external staff) through project completion. •Development of business cases, including ROI / NPV analysis •Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English •Past experience of working or collaborating with law enforcement agencies and customs – advantage Recommend but not a most: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
