We are looking for our Head of Supply Chain to join our team in South Cone (Based in Argentina) who will build and lead one global, end consumer centric, multi category products, digitalized Supply Chain team for markets, passionate about consumer experience. Your ‘day to day’ The Head of Supply Chain will deliver the SC transformation and is responsible for the end 2 end supply chain performance in the assigned markets. He/she leads a team of experts and is the face of Operations in the local management team, addressing local needs, gaps and opportunities by activating the relevant ops resources if and when required. This person will work to continuously optimize our end-to- end supply chain, which includes (Demand Planning, Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Logistics & Distribution) by engaging with various partners to improve operational metrics, refine processes, and remove waste from operations. Role accountabilities • This role is responsible for establishing a differentiated, end to end synchronized and digitally supply chain. • Deliver efficient Operations, mainly supply chain, experience for the internal and external customers and consumers by integrating. • Ensure perfect execution of all SC processes through rigor and structure in all aspects of execution, combined with agile mindset to formulate and test assumptions that will either solve the identified pain points for the commercial or consumer, or drive continuous improvements in OPS (especially in drive for simplification and optimization). Lead the OPS customer experience for all customers of the supply chain products and OPS services in the market. • Identify and resolve all OPS problems, through outstanding sense of end-to-end problem ownership, building and using a strong network within the operations and customer community leveraging on influencing skills, a strong drive for timely and collaborative problem resolution and constantly challenging the status quo and a proactive changing mindset. • Work effectively at the management team level, as a driving force, in a collaborative yet assertive way, to drive best-in-class S&OP process and work with the Management Teams both in market and in OPS organization to ensure that the optimal balance is accomplished between reaching commercial and Operations KPIs Education & Experience • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar. MBA and/or Supply Chain postgraduate studies are a plus • Overall experience: Minimum of 10 years career develop in domestic and multinational companies. Experience abroad is a plus. Extensive experience running complex Distribution Center or Manufacturing operations and leading process improvement projects. Industry: Experience leading high-volume, fast paced operations with direct ownership of end user consumer experience. Experience in Consumer Goods, Retail Goods, FMCG or Electronic sector.
