Your ‘day to day’ As an Analyst - Product Information Reporting you’ll establish product information report (PIR) for marketed PMI products, both conventional products and RRPs, to the Government Authorities and the general Public in line with the applicable regulations and internal requirements/standards, meeting format, content and timing. More specifically, you'll • Set up the product information report using the country appropriate format and perform a check of the figures and content • Prepare, send, archive the submission package, while respecting format, content and legal reporting deadlines • Create and coordinate the product information reports to update the content of the PMI Product Information website • Maintain tracking files and archiving system up-to-date • Be responsible for the coordination of basic projects in line with internal improvements • Support the development and adaptations of reporting systems validations and quality documents to respond to changing and/or new requirements Who we're looking for • Degree/Diploma in life/health sciences or regulatory affairs, administrative business (e.g. Public Health, Chemistry, Biology) • Meaningful experience in the tobacco industry or in the regulatory affairs for therapeutic products (pharmaceuticals, medical devices) or other strictly regulated products (functional foods, cosmetics, modified-risk tobacco products). Understanding of Quality Management Systems as well as good Manufacturing Practices is an additional asset. • Sound expertise in excel manipulation coupled with good analytics capabilities • Significant experience in preparing submission package to authorities • Fast learner, effective communicator, and highly developed interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
