Purpose of the role: Knowledge Management (KM) is a key program for enabling the success of IBS organization related to managing our knowledge and expertise. This includes, but is not limited to: · protecting knowledge and process documentation globally, assuring it remains complete, up-to-date, auditable and global with standardized solutions, systems and platforms across all process deliveries · ensuring those who are new to the role go through professional training and certification scheme, before “moving to production” (i.e. existence of training plans, training materials, question banks, on-the-job certifications). In connection with senior buddy assignments and face-to-face introduction to teams and processes; assure that employees are equipped both with the practical aspects of the jobs as well as full mandatory theory · Identify and drive innovative digitalization of the program (eg: e-learnings, interactive learnings, video trainings and desktop assistant) Scope of the role: The objective of the Lead Knowledge Management is to lead the facilitation of knowledge management program. The job responsibilities include working with process delivery teams and may also include Global Process Owners and other stakeholders to ensure a structured approach to document, inject, sustain and improve knowledge and expertise is enforced. The incumbent is expected to have excellent communication skills, good inter-personal skills and the ability to coordinate with others. Responsibilities: · Drive and enforce the Knowledge Management approach across IBS functions · Compile KM metrics per agreed timelines and take actions based on KM results to drive targets · Identify, initiate and lead discussions to drive further innovative evolution within KM program · Promote and champion knowledge sharing mindset via subscribed KM platforms · Cultivate and maintain relationships with identified Single Point of Contact(s), ambassadors, communities of practice by communicating with them frequently to answer questions and check mutual satisfaction levels · Leads complex/global KM projects with minimal/no support from KM Manager · Support & actively participate in Finance projects with KM dependencies with minimal/no supervision from KM Manager. Skills: · 3+ years of experience in knowledge management or related field · Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing and communication skills · Ability to work independently and with teams across different locations/time-zones · Proven organizational skills, excellent customer focus and drive for results · Strong time management and priority setting skills · Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) as well as Visio/Bizagi · Robust change and project management experience with strong analytical and innovative thinking skills · Experience in transformation projects would be desirable
