YOUR TASKS • You’re the key person when it comes to E-Commerce Ops Analytics. You’re responsible for End-to End trackings and data visualization for our key Logistics and Payment metrics. • You assess the efficiency, develop optimizations and implement new solutions for our key LSP & PSP business processes and policies with focus on user experience, customer satisfaction and transaction cost. • You bring data to its best use in the payment funnel to maximize payment success rates whilst balancing with operational risks. • You lead day to day E-Commerce Payments & Fraud operations in close collaboration with local and global stakeholders and SMEs. • You drive initiatives to optimize fraud prevention in close collaboration with the global PSP leveraging on best-in-class scoring and risk management tools. • You participate as market representative in global projects. YOUR PROFILE • Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification • 4+ years of professional experience as Payment or Fraud Manager in the e-commerce environment • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the payment industry („PSD2“) • Result- and process-oriented way of thinking and working • Data-driven and hands-on mindset • Strong analytical skills (Power BI skills a plus) • Strong communication skills • Consumer-centric mindset • Very good level of English INTERESTED?
