Job purpose: Lead B2B Analytics & NPS main purpose is to support the digital operations in MEA HUB with a key focus on B2B Analytics and NPS. The role requires broad understanding of MEA Markets and experience in digital analytics (Einstein Analytics, Google Analytics, Video 23, etc). Furthermore, it requires alignment with various stakeholders in the Markets for implementation and gathering insights to reach the business objectives and strive towards a visit-free future. To have credibility, the candidate will need to have a keen understanding of retailers by having the retailer at the core competency. Additionally, there will be a need to constantly engage with the Markets to communicate best practices & shared learnings amongst them. The role has been designed to support Digital B2B in the Markets by streamlining the analytics processes (brand, brand agnostic, performance, etc.) & leading on the deployment for DTE NPS across MEA region. Furthermore, ensuring actions are taken to tackle retailer pain points & opportunities through reporting and analytics to improve our Market business results. To deliver this challenging role, collaboration will be needed with both internal (PMI) and external stakeholders (3rd party agencies). Accountabilities: 1. Lead DTE NPS deployment across MEA Markets & setup for NPS analytics dashboard 2. Ensure successful growth of individual Market NPS by conducting monthly huddles with each NPS MEA Market to discuss & prepare respective action plans 3. Lead B2B reporting & analytics for MEA on B2B KPIs, brand / agnostic content and platform performance on DTE & E-Ordering 4. Ensure sharing monthly updates and learning sessions across MEA Markets on digital b2b enablers (such as Einstein & Google Analytics) 5. Track b2b hub online governance service requests & prepare operations performance analytics Work experience / Skills: - A proven background in B2B to understand operations and the retail environment - Hands on experience with Digital tools like Einstein Analytics, Google analytics, Video 23 etc. - Proactive individual with analytical and data driven mindset for business analysis & visualization - Capable to think & develop out of the box quick solutions - Ability to work closely with Markets & discuss updates on analytics with different stakeholders to define next steps & action plans - Good communication & analytics deep dive presentation skills
