Your ‘day to day’ As an Officer - Product Information Reporting you’ll be responsible for leading and providing accurate product information report (PIR) for marketed PMI products, both conventional products and RRPs, to the Government Authorities and the general Public in line with the applicable regulations and internal requirements/standards. More specifically, you'll • Be responsible for planning, organizing, running and executing worldwide reporting submissions to the Authorities to comply with legal reporting deadline as well as coordinating projects • Involve and engage with corresponding legal and/or External Affairs as well as with Central functions to gather vital information/documents in due time to prepare PIR meeting legal adequate format for PMI products to be reported to Government Authorities against constantly evolving laws, including on-line Governmental platform submission • Support the maintenance, development and adaptations of validations of reporting systems and quality documents to respond to changing and/or new requirements • Provide regulatory inputs and expertise when reviewing changes, new product information reporting regulations and guide the business in finding solutions to regulatory reporting issues that affect our products (conventional and RRPs) • Establish product information report using the country appropriate format and perform a check of the figures and content • Ensure databases, tracking files and archiving system are maintained and up-to-date • Train colleagues on internal processes and the establishment of product information report Who we're looking for • Degree in life/health sciences or regulatory affairs (e.g. Public Health, Chemistry, Biology) • Meaningful experience in the tobacco industry or in the regulatory affairs for therapeutic products (pharmaceuticals, medical devices) or other strictly regulated products (functional foods, cosmetics, modified-risk tobacco products). Understanding of Quality Management Systems as well as good Manufacturing Practices is an additional asset. • Significant experience in the area of Regulatory affairs, specifically in preparing submission package to authorities • Substantial expertise in excel manipulation coupled with data management and strong analytics capabilities • Sound expertise in applications, tools and methodology applied to support the validation of a systems as business user • Fast learner, effective communicator, and highly developed interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
