What this role is about  ∙            In your role you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process entry to middle management positions for our salaried and union employee population throughout Canada being a trusted and credible internal search partner delivering faster, better and cost-effective hiring solutions, for roles within the Canadian market.  ∙            You will be accountable for maintaining candidate relationships through the online database, social media, campus recruitment, employee referrals and networking events. You will also act as the key liaison between candidates, hiring managers and HR Business partners, actively supporting integration initiatives for all new hires. ∙            You will continuously source and/or develop new age / contemporary search tools to increase the company’s visibility to attract more candidates. ∙            You will support and implement assigned projects & initiatives under the guidance of the Manager of Talent Acquisition to ensure successful implementation within budget, and on schedule. You are right for this job if you: ∙            Are a dedicated HR Professional with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist Role within a large, multi-national corporate environment or agency (CPG, Pharmaceuticals) using ATS systems, particularly Avature ∙            Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development ∙            Have the ability to identify the right sourcing channels and segments to engage best in class talent, provide insights to business partners on internal and external talent pools. ∙            Are bilingual in English and French. ∙            Are capable of developing working relationships with your business partners and senior management to understand talent needs. ∙            Possess solid business understanding, consulting skills, project / change management and functional specialist expertise. ∙            Have a positive mindset and can-do attitude and strong communication and organizational skills, to juggle competing priorities. ∙            You are legally authorized to work in Canada.
