Your ‘day to day’ As Manager Enterprise Partnerships, you will be responsible to identify, develop and deploy partnership opportunities which captures business building opportunities with existing and new commercial Business Partners with main objective to raise heat-not-burn category and IQOS awareness through consumer journey, with contributing to company objectives. You will be accountable for: 1. Partnership Opportunities: • Identify, develop, and deploy competitive strategies aligned to the overall market Business Plan, expand category understanding, motivations and IQOS brand building, multi-category commercial strategy, ensuring solid long-term relationship with new commercial business partners to further expand RRP influence to other business partners associates. • Contribute to the development of market Commercial strategy and long-term plans by identifying and leveraging business building programs and New Channel specific approaches, thus ensuring development of mutually beneficial solid partnerships. • Develop and actively apply professional expertise, knowledge of New Channel trends to ensure sustainable competitive advantage of New Channel programs and New Channel management tools. 2. Account Management: • Execute customized account strategy, objectives and plans to increase revenue and market share for select strategic partner accounts • Support account and relationship management ensuring that the client’s business objectives are met • Align the cross-functional teams on key proposals including representation from Legal, Marketing, Product, Operations, Market Research and Technology • Build the relationship with partners towards driving sustainable business results, founded on goodwill and profitable partnership • Plan and lead commercial negotiations with business partners to agree on mutually beneficial partnerships and establish company's competitive advantage • Ensure quality and consistent implementation of business plans in full alignment to company’s goal and Commercial Strategy, in collaboration with various stakeholders within the organization. 3. Execution: • In collaboration with relevant stakeholders drive development of programs to capitalize on business building opportunities, enhance communication potential and foster information exchange. • Oversee regular evaluation of business partnerships, leads generation, rental and Legal Age Users conversion to RRP programs performance and effectiveness, benchmark against industry average in order to identify and address potential opportunities for upgrades and improvements. • Ensure consistent monitoring of compliance and that agreed contract conditions are provided. • Ensure that timely improvement actions are agreed upon and undertaken to enhance partnerships' performance against agreed objectives. 4. CONSUMER EXPERIENCE, MARKETING AND DIGITAL SUPPORT: • Support development and implementation of Omnichannel strategies and brand specific needs • Manage coordination with different stakeholders of specific tools and programs, reflecting core brand values and securing optimal and highly effective communication opportunities at Touch Points. 5. Information Management • Develop and propose framework for collection, consolidation and analysis of program and/or partnership initiatives, Leads Generation, rental and Legal Age User conversion to related data in order to ensure nation-wide integrity and consistency of critical business data and further support development of most effective programs and plans. • Provide professional expertise for the development and optimise approach for further target setting and regular benchmarking. Who we’re looking for • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within Sales and Marketing or Key Account management or Relationship Management, or business development. • Proven record of implementing strategic initiatives, policies, and operational decisions. • Payments or financial services industry experience preferred. • Strategic thinking and thought leadership. • Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to lead by influence and example. • Ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups. • Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to influence senior management and other relevant parties. • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent.
