YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ As Manager Sustainability Project, you will be part of the Operations Sustainability department for Philip Morris International and will be reporting to the Director Social Sustainability. The position will be based in Crespellano (Italy). As project manager and Subject Matter Expert, your key responsibility will be to manage the Employability and Lifelong learning program in PMI Operations. Specific responsibilities include: • Manage the employability and lifelong learning program for PMI Operations • Manage relationships with online-based learning platforms providers • Provide deep expertise on topics related to core capabilities, e.g. employability, lifelong learning and skills development • Develop campaigns to promote lifelong learning • Identify & develop pipeline of ideas and projects to enhance employability and lifelong learning • Develop toolboxes for implementation of projects • Stay abreast of global macro trends in sustainability and future of work, and be recognized as a sustainability leader within and outside PMI • Participate in key external stakeholder engagements (incl. working groups, coalitions) • Provide input for all external reporting submissions Who we’re looking for: • Master's degree in social science, business management, or other related degree • 10 years of practical experience in program management, project management • Proven experience in the area of employability and lifelong learning • Strong influencing and collaboration skills • Good knowledge of online-based learning platforms • Proven experience in sustainability innovative technology • Good knowledge in social sustainability solutions, tools or platforms • A creative and analytical problem-solver, with the ability to think ‘in an unexpected way’ when encountering project challenges • English proficient; Italian proficient is a plus What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
