In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organising functions to work more optimally together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us. We are currently looking for a P&C Communications Lead, a Global impact role. As a Communications Lead, you will: • Lead in creating communications strategies and plans for global, regional and market stakeholders within P&C, to drive an effective and impactful communication approach based on business need. • Deliver business communications including but not limited to employee and line manager communications, through a different range of channels, including emails, intranet, internal P&C website and relevant publications. • Work with key stakeholders and take the key messaging and briefing material and transform the content into digestible communication content for different audience groups. • Create communication content, such as articles, emails, Yammer posts and other materials. • Be skilled at writing content based on the communication need. • Work with the design team to guide and develop design/visuals for communications assets. • Be able to understand and analyse data from communication campaigns gathered through a variety of channels (website / ERM / surveys) to provide meaningful analysis and insights to partners. • Run communication events including townhalls, webcasts and lead activities related to preparation, running and post-review. These activities typically include, but are not limited to, preparation of content and team alignment. • Implement new ways of working to better support P&C comms teams in markets. • Build P&C comms community of practice. • Be the focal point for the communications team in terms of project management (organize demands, calendar and projects follow up). You have: • Proven international experience in creating and leading sophisticated strategy and communications plans to drive internal engagement, translating ideas into actions within FMCG or similar organizations. • Experience running campaigns with good understanding of audiences, channels, content, and engagement principles. • Content creation and creative writing expertise. • Skills in understanding and challenging data to provide meaningful insights to increase communication effectiveness. • Knowledge of Microsoft comms tools, including SharePoint, Yammer, Teams. • Understanding/easiness to work with digital tools (such as Google Analytics, CRM/ERM). • Experience on building effective stakeholder engagement; working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams. • Good presentation skills.
