You’re potentially changing the lives of a billion smokers by helping them switch to a better alternative to smoking Your 'day-to-day' - Develop and manage KA initiatives, business building relationships, investment strategy and contract management. Execute and review KA strategies and plans, ensuring achievement of objectives in product availability, visibility, pricing and volume - to maximize profitability, volume and market share. - Lead Key Accounts group in Transformation, projects i.e. E-commerce, Digital Trade Engagement, non-traditional channels. - Lead to the development of strategies within the designated Accounts, through development and maintenance of Account Game Plans in line with Commercial objectives to maximize retail leverage, through delivering superior customer service and optimizing key commercial drivers thus achieving competitive advantage and delivering set volume and market share targets. - Build, manage and maintain effective relationships with KA and conduct formal quarterly reviews to obtain leverage for mutual sales / profitability benefit, whilst adhering to company principle and practices. These initiatives need to be executed, monitored and evaluated to ensure desired outcomes are delivered. - Monitor and report on all relevant account and channel information, including; channel dynamics, account performance, volume & share performance, pricing, consumer trends & competitor intelligence. Ensure business critical information is reviewed and acted upon, Provide Company understanding of trade & competitor developments in order to facilitate the development of appropriate strategies. - Propose, agree and manage programs in line with the overall Commercial Strategy. - Support Key Accounts Executives in negotiation. - Coach, develop, train and manage Key Account Executives and ensures high standard in KA management and Field Execution. - Ensures operational excellence in designated channels by managing and monitoring ground executions of direct reports or TPA.
