For our Production team in Neuchatel, Switzerland, we are therefore looking for a Process Engineer. In this position you will: • Ensure that processes and machinery standards are sustainable, correctly defined and properly documented. • Identify missing links in the process and address the gaps interacting with the appropriate figures in the manufacturing organization to ensure the solution is addressed. • Act as SME for one defined technology and be the contact person for the Global center of excellence teams. • Work together with the technical staff within the area in order to fill the identified gap and develop the adequate technical expertise. We’re looking for someone with: • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent • 2-5 years’ experience in Tobacco industry or similar industry, ideally in the area of production, quality, lean manufacturing • Strong problem solving skills • High priority setting and planning capacities with the ability to react quickly and effectively. • Ability to deal with ambiguity, autonomous and highly action oriented. • Strong capacity to influence positively other team members and coach • Proficiency in English and French What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
