We are looking for a candidate to join our Consumer Experience team as a Manager Retention Programs. Consumer centricity mind-set is our main driver behind any commercial activity. We are listening to consumers’ feedback, identifying needs along the consumer journey and translate these insights into activities that drive experience forward. Our aim is to build awareness around Reduced Risk Products and to offer better alternatives that will serve our vision of smoke-free future. We have the resources and the people power to succeed. Your ‘day to day’ - Design and implement Consumer Loyalty Platform strategy - Lead and work in collaboration with cross functional teams during projects and initiatives to improve NPS and Consumer experience - Translate consumer insights into effective action plans that will maximize consumer value and expand consumer base - Introduce new ways and strategies, both on and offline, in building awareness around RRP products category - Secure on-going engagement with our consumer base via portfolio offerings and out/in-store experiences that will shape stronger advocacy for our smoke-free vision Who we’re looking for Academic Background: University Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or other related fields. MBA or MSc will be considered an asset. Relative Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles in consumer focused industries or other related multinational environment, with a proven record of managing demanding projects/programs.
