We are looking for a Manager Pricing Office PMI Duty Free who will work our Duty Free entity in Istanbul and be responsible for defining, designing and deploying the Pricing Office of PMI Duty Free: process design, definition of required tools, identification of data needs and data sourcing strategy, definition and implementation of the process / modus operandi with internal (PMI Duty Free Data & Solutions, PMI Duty Free Commercial teams, PMI Duty Free Finance …) and external stakeholders (Regional / Central Commercial and Finance teams), preparation of the global / local pricing strategy and guidelines, follow-up on implementation and management of tactical pricing scenarios and analyses. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: •Structuration of PMI Duty Free Pricing Office: definition of the process (data collection, analysis, scenario preparation, scenario validation, implementation and follow-up / reporting of the results), identification of data needs and data sourcing strategy, definition of the interactions with internal and external stakeholders. •Implementation of PMI Duty Free Pricing Office: definition of modus operandi, sequence of reviews, validation process and collection of insights. Global (i.e. 150 markets) roll-out and follow-up on the deployment, creation of “pricing” intelligence by analyzing the results of the proposed strategies. •Definition and dissemination of global pricing guidelines: based on data-driven analyses of the historical pricing in DF, identification of opportunities and pricing trajectories at market / trade channel level in close collaboration with the Data & Solutions team. Preparation of supporting documents to inform the different stakeholders. Preparation of negotiation booklets for commercial teams. Regular reviews and updates of the guidelines based on the results and lessons learnt. •Local / tactical pricing scenarios: on request, lead the definition of local / tactical pricing scenarios and support the commercial teams This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: •University degree in quantitative fields: Pure/Applied sciences, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent •Around 8 years of experience in finance, business development and / or corporate strategy, preferably in CPG / FMCG. •Strong Analytical and Learning Capability - excellent analytical skills and strong conceptual thinking. •Independent & Agile learner with strong action orientation and drive for results. •Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and convince senior stakeholders •Prior exposure to Data and Advance Analytics as well as to Revenue Growth Management. •Entrepreneurship and Collaboration. •Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills. •Fluency in English required.
