We are looking for a Manager Data Analytics PMI Duty Free who will work our Duty Free entity in Istanbul and be responsible for supporting the Head of BI & Data solutions, via leading analytical and modelling projects, delivering impactful data products and insights that drive key business decisions in B2C and B2B in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders, performing real time analyses on bottom-up business data, particularly root cause analyses via data mining, to build hypotheses that feed into actions, further researches, projects for addressing the business needs and objectives. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: Brand & Consumer analytics: •Working with Commercial, Consumer Journey, Portfolio and Channel heads to lead priority analytical projects based on consumer feedback to strengthen Consumer Experience, OB and Commercial Plans. •Take accountability for management and deployment of: oConsumer analytics & consumer segmentation projects oRRP E-commerce & digital channels analytics oPortfolio analysis and portfolio rationalization projects RGM analytics: •Working with Finance, Commercial and business unit heads to lead priority analytical projects to provide analytical support for RGM projects and revenue-related business activities. •Take accountability for management and deployment of: oNOR / Volume / pricing / SOM modeling and forecasting projects oROI calculations and projections models Data quality & integrity analytics: •Working with internal and external stakeholders to lead data quality efforts to ensure understanding and defining the appropriate thresholds for Data Quality metrics, both technical and business. •Take accountability for management and deployment of: oMaster data analytics & management activities oBusiness data quality monitoring and addressing DQ issues oData Accuracy and Coverage reports maintenance activities oData flow analytics and data process improvement This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: •University degree in quantitative fields: in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent •5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst or Data Engineer. •Strong proficiency with SQL and Python. Experience with data visualization in Power BI. •Strong Analytical and Learning Capability - ability formulate and verify hypothesis regarding data. •Ability to take on projects with a sense of ownership and ambitious attitude. •Collaborative & Entrepreneurial results-driven mindset. Capable of aligning top-down, cross-functional and market priorities, analyses and insights. •Learn quickly & acquire skills for working in virtual teams (team members will be in different locations) •Be comfortable extracting insights from quantitative data, 'connecting the dots' across multiple data sources and making business recommendations. •Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills. •Fluency in English required.
