As a Treasury Analyst you will be accountable for accurate and timely coordination, preparation and/or submission for internal and external reporting for Treasury functions in compliance with local regulatory requirements, SOX and the Company’s Principles & Practices. Treasury functions include cash and banking management, balance sheet and working capital forecast, pension funding and accounting, and insurance administration. Your ‘day to day’ • Obtain and assemble daily cash receipt and disbursement from various financial systems and business owners and ensure data is accurately and timely fed into supporting schedules of the cash flow statement. Execute money market investment, foreign exchange purchases and funding transfers according to business requirement and cash flow projections. • Assist on updating actual cash flow statement and projection, supporting the preparation of variance analysis for cash flow and all ad hoc projects. •Prepare annual pension financial statements and annual pension fee schedules. Prepare rolling forecast on pension expenses and pension/benefit balance sheet accounts. Monitor and prepare monthly pension plan funding and quarterly reconciliation of pension contributions. Other ad hoc pension related schedules and reports. •Assembly annual insurance valuation filings on global insurance programs, assist on insurance claims and ad hoc insurance process and filings. •Prepare monthly reconciliation of sales programs payments and monthly bank reconcile items investigation. •Monitor banking and cash management processes to ensure compliance with E-banking control, SOX control and Treasury Practices & Policies. Who we’re looking for? •University degree in Business Management with a focus in Accounting/Finance •Preferred in professional designation of CPA •Minimum 3 years to 5 years’ experience working in a financial function, budgeting, reporting or treasury. •Knowledge in cash Management, US GAAP, balance sheet and cash flow forecast •Working knowledge of SAP •Advanced working knowledge of Excel WHAT WE OFFER We offer the opportunity to join a global business leader where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
