Your ‘day to day’ The Project Lead role within P&C Product & Experience Delivery (P&ED) will contribute to the strategic planning, implementation, and deployment of leadership development, coaching, learning, and other integrated talent programs globally. He/she will establish an effective execution framework of the programs and ensure that the support model functions well across the organization. The Project Lead will work in strong partnership with the Global Leadership Development, Learning, and P&ED teams to drive and deliver these key Integrated Talent Management (ITM) programs that support PMI’s transformation and business strategies, facilitate high performance, and promote sustainable and agile ways of working. He/she will develop and manage all aspects of project and program execution delivery. We are looking for a dynamic team player who can communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels. This diverse role will provide you the opportunity to grow and develop as you lead and bring a range of learning, leadership, coaching, and developmental solutions to life. Who we’re looking for? • At least 5 years’ professional experience in HR, including broad experience in the delivery of learning, leadership development programs, executive coaching, and other talent interventions • Solid project management skills related to the delivery of global and regional programs. A track record of delivering complex projects obtained in a PBO mature industry ie. robust skills to drive project-based organization in a complex and fast paced environment including Scrum, Lean Thinking, Design Thinking, Process Optimization, and agile practices • Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced and multicultural environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and change • Strong commitment to delivering the best customer experience and continuous improvement • Data driven approach to design and decision making • Exceptional relationship building capabilities so that he/she can work effectively with P&C colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners (vendors) across regions and at all levels of seniority. A bias for action and collaboration with a global network of stakeholders to drive quantifiable efficiency and effectiveness results • Good attention to detail or approach to working in a thorough way, with ability to independently plan and implement a series of coordinated actions • High levels of proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
