Your ‘day to day’ As a Budget Coordinator you will plan, coordinate, consolidate and control all operating budgets pertaining to Sales & Marketing initiatives to ensure consistency and accuracy in budget utilization and deployment. You will: • Plan, project/forecast and propose allocated budgets and other resources • Review, validate and constructively challenge budget data/planning to ensure it is realistic, achievable and in line with objectives • Ensure receipt of monthly invoices, check consistency vs. contracts, process and resolve any potential issues as needed • Perform all necessary paperwork related transactions for Key Accounts, Trade Activation Executives, and other, including contracts, price promotional forms, invoices, etc. • Support all functions of Sales, Marketing & Planning to ensure budget information is up-to-date, new information is captured and information is circulated Who we’re looking for • Ideally you have a Business Administration, Economics, Management or similar degree • You have already gained relevant experience in sales, marketing or other commercial areas (ideally in FMCG company) • Understanding of budget planning, coordination and control • Strong stakeholder management skills • You are fluent in English & Estonian languages What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
