Your ‘day to day’ Development and execution of transparent and efficient contributions and community programs in line with the strategic lines established by PMI and PMM. Identify and establish opportunities for the employees to actively participate in sustainability and volunteering projects. Development and implementation of communication strategy to amplify sustainability actions/activities in both external and internal audiences. Role responsibilities: 1. Carry out the due diligence process of the NGO´s in order to guarantee the execution of the projects and follow up of the implementation and accomplishment of the contributions an community programs in line with PMI´s and PMM´s business objectives and policies. 2. Implement the defined strategies to promote corporate volunteering activities to raise awareness of the sustainability vision of the company and promote employee involvement (aligned with the core business). 3. Development of sustainability communication plan and key messages for both external and internal audiences to amplify actions/audiences. 4. Maintenance of Mexican Corporate website and management of digital platforms in coordination with digital / commercial teams. 5. Collaboration in the cross-functional projects of the sustainability area. Key Qualifications • Agility • Understand metrics and reporting • Research and data analysis • Listening and Communication skills • Collaborative • Leadership • Proactive and flexible Education & Experience • At least 2 years’ experience in Logistics Area. • 1 year experience in warehouse inventory management. • Knowledge of tobacco products (desirable). • Industrial Engineer, International Business, International Trade, Logistics Specialist or equivalent.
