We are looking for you to join our international internship program INKOMPASS. INKOMPASS is an individual internship program in two cycles of 5-6 months each, depending on your availability in a department of your choice. The first cycle will start in summer 2021 and if the first cycle is successful, you will have the chance to complete the second cycle, depending on your availability. This cycle can also take place abroad - e.g. in Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg (due to COVID-19 this cannot be guaranteed at the moment) ! The goal of the program is to prepare you for an exciting career and give you the chance to get a job offer at Philip Morris International before your studies end! WE OFFER YOU: - Gaining your first professional experience in an international environment - in the context of exciting, challenging tasks in daily business as well as in projects. - Working with people from different departments and functions on a daily basis. - Develop your business skills, competencies and expertise in a market-leading group. - Participating in numerous community & company events to expand your network. YOUR TASKS: - You support our marketing team with creative ideas at exciting tasks and challenging, cross-departmental projects. - You are involved in the development and implementation of new marketing concepts and strategies and take responsibility for projects. - You are instrumental in the development of promotional materials and tools - You control and coordinate implementations in various touchpoints. - You create performance evaluations and presentations for development and documentation purposes. - You coordinate the agency management and implementation of new sales concepts. - Involvement in day-to-day operations and collaboration on various projects. - Regular exchange and support of the sales force. OUR EXPECTATIONS: - You have recently successfully completed your studies or are about to finish them. - You already have some practical experience through internships. - You enjoy working in an international environment and are an excellent team player. - Strong communication skills as well as high flexibility and enthusiasm. - Strong organizational skills and personal responsibility. - Confident and good handling of Excel and PowerPoint. Other programs such as Photoshop an advantage. - Very good English and/or German language skills, written & spoken.
