For our Global Marketing Partnerships team in London, UK, we are therefore looking for a Head of Marketing Innovation Partnerships. In this position you will be responsible for developing the strategy for commercial relationships with marketing innovation partners; including agencies and developers. You will: • Be responsible for creating, developing and sustaining the marketing innovation partnership strategy aligned with business objectives across the innovation communities and aligned agencies/businesses. • Lead PMIs partner engagement strategy to deliver key business /brand objectives across selected audiences - consumers, regulatory, government, retailers, corporate affairs, talent and internal. • Develop the engagement strategy to connect with senior innovation executive partnership stakeholders. • Work closely with the CCO organization to identify and discuss integrated communications and marketing strategies to help drive consumer programs. • Lead the collaboration with other functions as an integral part of our PBO organization to onboard and pitch the value of partnerships to help build strong brands and help drive audience understanding and engagement. • Drive activation of our consumers and other audiences through effective and innovative marketing innovation partnerships. • Act as a critical Stream lead and/or SME on priority projects to manage and collaborate with members of the brand and business functions. • Lead and facilitate close communication and alignment with the regional Hubs to better understand PM market requirements and build marketing strategies /plans aligned with market goals and aspirations. • Lead the development of pilots /proof of concepts across multiple partner offerings for new partners to be operationalized in markets including securing the right resources. • Proactively drive innovation - prospecting and identification of emerging and new marketing opportunities to explore and pilot. We’re looking for someone with: • Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required • 10+ years’ experience in a Partnership Account Executive, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships Marketing Leading role in a marketing agency • Expertise in brand marketing • Demonstration of established network in marketing innovation partnerships • Experience in negotiating joint agreements with key marketing partners and global brand, with proven track of success. • Experience in design and implementation work in Acquisition & Conversion programs (MGM, Indirect Retail, Digital, CC Bridging) and/or Retention & Advocacy programs (Loyalty, Club, Subscription) • Strong Stakeholder relationship management and influencing skills • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
