As the Strategy & Program Delivery Manager in this group, you will collaborate with our business leaders to develop and deploy corporate initiatives across PMI. This highly visible position will give you the opportunity to be exposed to different leaders and stakeholders across the whole of the business. The scope of the role means that this is a tremendous growth and development opportunity for the right candidate. Specific Responsibilities Include: • Understand business environment, business needs and customer brief, participate and contribute in defining business justification, benefit - risk analysis, budget and resource requirements • Drive the resolution of complex project related issues by analyzing, identifying, facilitating recommendations to achieve optimal solutions. • Help delivering key strategic projects in alignment with PMI corporate strategy and key transformation programmes across the organization · Help or drive meaningful projects from strategy to implementation • Manage multicultural and cross-functional project teams without direct line of supervision, as well as internal and external resources for the activities of each project. Train, direct and coach stream leads in order to develop the team. • Drive end-to-end project management and execution, ensuring effective project delivery. Ensure robust and transparent development process adhering to stage gate deliverables and best practices. • Serve as trusted advisor for project stakeholders and senior management on project management issues, provide accurate and realistic project status reports and other project information on a regular basis. Ensure timely and adequate communication to enable organizational focus and effectiveness. • Identify improvement opportunities to Deliver Impact to PMI, bring Strategic Clarity & elevate Disciplined Execution • Lead best-practice and sharing between functions. • Improve the ways of working, foster a collaborative culture to overcome silos • Act as a change agent to ensure the organization and project teams follow Project based work/Agile principles. Critical Capabilities: • Outstanding strategic thinking, problem solving and analytics capability • The incumbent will manage large and complex cross functional projects. Therefore, a solid understanding of various critical functions/systems to deliver End to End projects. • Able to drive change in the organization · • Proven track record of delivering complex strategy projects and engaging with more senior stakeholders • Sector experience in consumer goods and one or more of retail, consumer electronics, retail financial services, telecom and fashion • Entrepreneurial, ownership and roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to get things done with a high degree of assertiveness · • Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver under uncertainty • Highly collaborative and agile, able to facilitate team meetings and outcomes, impact and motivate the project team • Having worked in multinationals within Strategic and Transformation scopes and/or consultancy firms • Cultural openness What we offer • We genuinely care about our people and we show this through living out our Employee Brand each and every day.
