Territory Activation Executive - Northampton Your day to day As a Territory Activation Executive, you are a vital part of our front line field based team. You will be working with general trade, wholesale partners and businesses to educate, inform and support them in the sale of our portfolio of products, in particular our game changing IQOS brand. As a front line brand advocate for PMI, you will be instrumental in driving sales through consultative relationship management, excellent product knowledge and a real understanding of our consumers, allowing retailers and wholesalers alike to maximize their profitability through the successful promotion and sales of our products. Demonstrating a detailed understanding of your territory, you’ll work hand in hand with your Area Activation Manager to build a successful sales strategy, using your initiative to generate creative ideas to promote and sell our brands, ensuring maximum distribution and availability. You will be working closely with consumer engagement peers as part of your team, passing them leads from our businesses and wholesale partners to work closely with our consumers directly and help introduce them to our IQOS range. About You We’re looking for someone dedicated to truly excellent customer service, someone who can motivate and encourage store staff and owners to share our vision of a smoke free future. You’re not someone who does the “hard sell”. You’ll enjoy coaching, educating and motivating your local partners. You’ll think strategically around how you can make the very best of your territory, and not be afraid to try new ideas to grow our brand. Ideally you’ll have some previous experience in a sales environment, and demonstrate your ability to take full advantage of an outstanding opportunity to deliver fantastic customer service. You’ll have a clean and valid driving license and be based within a one hour commute of your local territory, or be open to relocating to the area.
