Your ‘day to day’ The Sync Hub is our recently built global Supply Chain planning powerhouse, orchestrating the end-2-end planning activities (Demand, Supply, Capacity, Fulfillment) deploying the latest digital tools based on AI, across all product categories of PMI. Reshaping our Supply Chain to be lean, digital and demand driven towards advancing complexities of growing categories/portfolios. • Drive, execute and own the product supply planning process for finished and semi-finished goods according to drumbeat rhythms for groups of markets to ensure best in class service levels while maintaining cost and cash performance • Play an integral role as a member of the S&OP process to orchestrate a well-integrated supply plan capturing the requirements of Customer service, demand planning, commercial initiatives and global category initiatives • Have a passion for Supply Analytics and actively lead and maintain replenishment using systems, reporting tools and metrics. Data and fact based decision making is a critical skill for this role. • Have the ability to connect the dots in a dynamic landscape of demand/supply/fulfillment and materials requirements. • Ability to manage and balance conflicting KPIs (Service, Cost, Cash) and make informed decisions to optimize the full value chain • Define and maintain synchronized planning parameters to drive the constrained planning process and manage the planning strategy in line with the targeted inventory corridors and capacity constraints, ensuring lowest business waste levels. • Lead the exception management process while leveraging alerts monitoring & regular performance reviews to identify attention points related to product supply and define the action plans together with involved Supply Chain functions. • Be highly proactive and responsive to demand changes and collaborate effectively and proactively with key internal/external partners to ensure speed to market and fulfillment of product demand. • Drive continuous improvement and lean process implementation across the Supply Chain organization • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think and drive change • You will be part of the evolution of the systems and process in the Supply Chain Digitalization journey hence flexibility and adaptability to a continuously changing environment Who we’re looking for: •Experience in supply, capacity, production planning, inventory management, or supply chain management; demand forecasting is a plus • Experience in being part of S&OP process (Either as team member or as leader of the integrated planning forum) • Strong Supply Chain modeling and analytical skills: interest in ‘self-driving’ tools and automation of processes • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with excellent preciseness and a high level of comfort in analyzing data. • Learning agility and ability to integrate in a new organization with ease • Fluency in English with strong communication skills, verbal and written • Able to exert tactful influence in a matrix organization • APICS Certification is a plus • Exposure to planning systems (E2Open suite, Demand sensing tools, SAP-APO) is desirable.
