Manager Marketing Activation You will be part of the Commercial team of “Philip Morris Jordan”. As a Manager Marketing Activation , you will support the commercial team in framing a comprehensive omni channel activation plan as well as trade marketing material deployment & consumer engagement. This role has a high level of cross functional interaction with local and cluster teams. More specifically you will: • Orchestrate activities in the B2B2C Calendar (CC & RRP) with channel owners and management team (both cluster and market level) to ensure strategic support leveraging on existing technology and practices • Full-fledge Initiative mapping and scoring to be conducted pre and post initiative deployment to ensure a seamless consumer journey • Take the lead to ideate and formulate business use cases, omni-channel design and consumer experience schemes/initiatives to drive consumer-centric programs within a respective timeframe • Lead 360 plans of the activation including status updates for internal and external alignment and briefing • Handle periodic reviews of customer insights at all channels and translate findings into possible enhancement opportunities in alignment with the Consumer journey & commercial operations • Plan to conduct promoter shifts across different territories at Point of Sale and Direct Sales Distribution based on B2C calendar, market need and budget allocated Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications: - Science Driven Education : Business , Marketing , MIS ,CS, CIS and Computer Science - Experience from 7-10 years in project management, marketing activations, data insights and analysis preferred to be in Retail ,Telecom , Financial Technologies, Digital and/or Business consultancies agencies such as (Ernest and young or KPMG, Mackenzie) industries. - Sound track record of putting data science to work in domains such as FMCG, Finance, Telecommunication and Transportation - Know how to create stunning visualizations of data insights and how to deliver exciting presentations to non-tech savvy audience. - Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office; - Critical Thinking and solid data/ number understanding - Language Skills: English (fluent) and Arabic - Ability to work under targets and with deadline; - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong cross-functional interaction - Team management skills
