Manager Sustainability Reporting & ESG Performance supports the preparation and publication of PMI’s Integrated Report and plays a key role in helping to improve the integration of our financial and non-financial reporting strategy and support PMI Sustainability Team in various tasks and projects. Specific Responsibilities Include: • Lead and manage the day to day responsibilities related to ensuring the timely publication of PMI’s annual Integrated Report • Contribute to the design and execution of a sustainability reporting strategy • Monitor the company’s progress on achieving its public commitments to ensure accurate and consistent external reporting • Collaborate with Corporate Communications teams to drive internal and external conversation on integrated reporting and sustainability • Be the point of contact for coordinating company response to external benchmarking and ratings activities and contribute to other reporting frameworks to be determined by sustainability reporting strategy. Actively contribute to company’s sustainability reporting • Lead submission to ESG Ratings by collecting information and responding to interviews/questionnaires/surveys (incl. preparation of annual submission to sustainability indices). • Support the sustainability team as needed: conduct issue-specific research; support projects; prepare analysis; presentations or talking points for meetings; presentations and conferences; prepare benchmarks on specific topics, issue areas or trends. • Help prepare updates to the Sustainability Committee and Board of Directors throughout the year Required Skills: • Relevant experience working in a corporate sustainability function • Reporting experience with GRI, SASB, TCFD, SDGs and WEF’s Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics • Understanding of ESG Ratings including MSCI, SustainAlytics and DJSI would be a plus • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, and experience in working across all levels of an organization • Intellectual curiosity and an independent, self-motivated personality • Ability to work with different functions and affiliates • Ability to work autonomously What we offer We genuinely care about our people and we show this through living out our Employee Brand each and every day.
