IBS is working to extend its services into the Commercial (Marketing & Sales) activities. The first businesses in PMI which will make use of the IBS Commercial services will be Global Duty Free, as well as Middle East & Africa. Main Responsibilities [Main tasks and decision making requirements of the role] The general purpose of this role is to manage and control activities related to commercial back & middle -office, performed by the team of up to 6 analysts. Supervisor is also a primary contact person for the markets and is responsible for all the activities delivered by the team: ? Business Performance Insights & Analytics ? Business Results Tracking ? Support commercial planning, forecasting and analysis by providing accurate data ? Consumer Analytics & Tracking ? Support stock management- collect stock info and plan accordingly - report out of stock ? Prepare ad hoc business reports ? Prepare routine business performance reports ? Track critical business and consumer KPIs ? Generate business insights and identify actionable opportunities ? Organize, manage and control the work of subordinates, motivate them and encourage their professional growth using training and other forms of career development tools.
