You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ as the Manager WHL Standards & Governance • Authorship of Warehousing & Transportation, Handling & Storage (in Veeva) Quality Requirements (CC & RRP) owned by Supply Chain: o these documents include Directives, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (Wiki), Requirements and Glossaries o Project manage all interdependencies and SME inputs to ensure timely identification of critical path activities and external inputs o Liaise with Quality Services to ensure accurate material output for peer-review and subsequent in time approvals within the Quality Management System • Act as the Single Point of Contact from SC to Specification Governance to ensure that all current and new quality requirements, specifically shelf-life statements are feasible and non-cost prohibitive: o Temperature, humidity and other key values are thoroughly evaluated within agreed time limits and presented to key business partners with concise findings including operational flexibility and cost implications for strategic decision making through peer-based consulting o Collaborate with New Product Integration (NPI) teams to ensure appropriate evaluation of new products THS and SC inputs are evaluated at pre-launch phase • Support of the Global Supply Chain community in operational guidance, Dogma clarification, exception and deviation management and proactive revision, design & implementation of revised and new SOP’s by product type • Awareness, dissemination and training of all QMS requirements by delivering global webinars & information sessions to ensure maximum knowledge penetration within the Supply Chain and Distribution communities, including outreach to 3rd Party Service Providers • Compliance with Veeva Requirements o Foster a culture of compliance through targeted, synchronized, communication across SC and with Markets & Regions o Support exception & deviation management in a timely manner o Act as a business leader for logistics and distribution data ownership and governance o Lead the data governance activities for data owner and put in practice data ownership principles and accountabilities, acting as the single point of contact for data management team and business partners o Ensure that all potential external audit Data requirements are known, understand and readily retrievable (record keeping, documentation and reporting) o Support Markets & Regions through the coordination and consolidation of self-audits, identify and implement action plans where gap analysis highlights improvement requirements Who we’re looking for: • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Quality Engineering • 10+ demonstrated expertise in FMCG or electronics logistics, new product introduction process and calendars • Systems: SAP, BI tools, Microsoft Office • Analytical Skills - Ability to quickly process and understand complexity & ambiguity and define right solutions to tough problems. • Communication: Ability to pass messages in a concise and clear way, to present in an effective way and to interact with diverse set of partners and levels in the organization. • Interpersonal capabilities: ability to work effectively with and through a diversity of people, and to manage interpersonal conflict properly. • Results Orientation: Ability to follow through commitments from start to finish, remove barriers that get in the way of achieving the results, learn from mistakes.
