Your ‘day to day’: As IT Solution Manager Manufacturing Data and Digital Analytics you will be part of our IT Department and will be reporting to the Manager IT Operations, Manufacturing Solutions & Execution. The position will be based in Bologna. Your Responsibilities: • • Accountable for a Portfolio of Solutions related to the “Digital Worker” Value Stream, while overall Platform ownership stays with (sub)Platform Head. • Main point of contact for IT, and other Stakeholders, to conceptualize, co-design, drive the delivery process of the solution, or the portfolio of solutions, and the associated road map. • Ensure alignment of the delivery process with the architecture practices (Reference Architecture and Design Patterns), Technology Roadmap, IT Guiding Principles and PMI practices. • Ensure Non Functional Requirements are included in the Solution delivery pipeline/backlog and are prioritized according to their criticality. • Manage, lead and motivate the Solution Team (people manager role). • Manage the dependencies with external teams and solutions (e.g. Platform Teams, ISDP, EAD) • Enforce cross-solution collaboration and reusability of existing practices and building-blocks • Support Scrum Master in instilling Agile and Lean practices and mindset within the Team. Collaborate with PMI Agile Community of Practice to align on process implementation. • Drive DevOps practices and culture adoption and support Teams in achieving engineering practices excellence. • Remove roadblocks, that Team is unable to resolve at their own level, to keep the delivery momentum. • Optimize the delivery flow and drive continuous improvement. • Provide input and support budget & vendor management activities. Who we’re looking for: • • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience • 10 years of professional experience in IT Project Delivery in Consulting, ISV, Cloud, Manufacturing, Pharma or Retail Industry • Mastering Data Modelling, Master Data and Datawarehouse domains (e.g. Inmon, Kinball, Data-Vault) • Understanding to Business Process and Enterprise Architecture modelling frameworks (e.g. UML, BPMN, Archimate) • Hands-On experience with Data and Business Modelling tools (e.g. SAP MDG, SAP PowerDesigner, Collibra, Sparx) • Mastering Distributed System implementation domain with Open-Sources technologies • Mastering integration technologies, concepts and patterns (SOA, Microservices, API, Data-Pipelines, ETL/ELT) • Understanding of end-to-end Manufacturing related Business functions (Production, Logistics, QA, Engineering) • Understanding of Industrial Internet of Thing (IIoT), Cloud-based architecture, Industry 4.0 concept a plus • Professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) a plus • Dynamic, confident personality with the ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals • Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively • Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Team player with proven ability to lead through influence Recruiter: Rita Gherardi Employment Type: Permanent Relocation package offered What we offer: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
