We are looking for a Retail Project Lead/Manager who will work in our Duty Free Entity in Istanbul and be responsible for coordination and central deployment of all portfolio execution, retail format & visual merchandising projects, POSM and visibility solutions. Key responsibilities: •Coordinate all retail infrastructure projects (from agency brief to deployment including budget, business requirements, timing..etc.) •Monitor retail brand identity within DF and liaise with commercial teams about format guidelines •Drive project optimization (i.e. re-use materials, modularity, process and cost) •Develop a schedule of milestones for project completion. •Support contractor bidding process and contract negotiation with selected contractors. •Support the development of concepts relevant for DF channels in collaboration with commercial teams •Enable retail new setup to deploy new portfolio initiatives •Support identification of new initiatives across channels and monitor shifting consumer habits and retail practices in line with consumer journey. •Maintenance of retail infrastructure database; reporting to central Brand Retail and DF Finance teams. •Coordinate deployment of B2C retail initiatives in cooperation with commercial teams. •Development of local supplier pool with with central brand retail and local procurement teams. •Adapt central brand retail guidelines to ensure up-to-date DF brand equity. Requirements: •Hold a university degree, •5+ years of experience in brand marketing, •Excellent planning and project management skills (preferably in managing retail Infrastructure projects) with experience in managing multiple stakeholders •Strong analytical skills, problem solving capabilities, data-driven and critical thinking, ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and arrive to high quality decisions. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). •Have a Combustible business Acumen Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). •Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
