Your ‘day to day’: Ensure an efficient worldwide logistics network to supply PMIDF Customers in terms of costs, lead times, security and quality for all product categories such as conventional products (Cigarettes and OTP) and Reduced Risks Products (heatsticks, devices and accessories) by selecting optimal carrier and flows through distribution centers or directly from factories. •Manage and solve day-to-day events/issues/special requests occurring in the network. •Govern, control and manage LSP in direct relation with PMIDF for warehousing and shipping. •Lead continuous improvements initiatives. Analyze, review and adapt the logistics network as per business requirements and lead corresponding logistics productivity pipeline. •Lead the shipping and warehousing budget and report monthly with the latest estimates. Control and approve related costs/invoices. •Ensure worldwide logistics network to supply PMIDF Customers is operational (SAP setup, logistics master data, LSP, etc.) to allow OM team in Krakow and in Asia to execute customer orders efficiently. •React timely to lead and solve day-to-day events/issues/special requests from OM, Distribution team and customers. Propose and implement corrective actions to improve service to PMIDF customers. Establish or maintain guidelines and procedures concerning warehousing / transportation. •Actively participate in warehousing and transportation tenders by providing trade-lanes and volume information to PMI Procurement Center, analyze outcome, give recommendation to the management and implement results physically and system wise. •Establish corresponding framework orders and update master data. Prepare and follow up on service agreement with warehouse services providers. Manage, govern and control PMIDF warehouses: • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations/requirements • Identify and implement potential productivities • Control and approve agreed costs of services Complete month & year end closing of warehouses. Lead productivity pipeline by analyzing PMIDF logistics network and identify improvements in terms of lead times, customer service and costs. Propose and implement agreed improvements. Implement and manage automated tools in collaboration with finance and IT to issue logistics important metrics: • Cost to serve • Load optimization • Demurrage & detention cost • Customer complaints We're looking for someone who: • Has University degree in logistic, supply chain, industrial engineering or similar (Master's degree is a plus). • Has confirmed professional experience in a supply chain function, leading logistics service providers, including data analysis. • Has knowledge of SC processes, including export and customs transit documents, tax and Incoterms. • Has very good knowledge of SAP (or other ERP), MS Office tools (Excel - specialist).
