Ultimately, by delivering our smoke-free and beyond nicotine future, your work could change the lives of millions. Your ‘day to day’ You will be employed in Shenzhen, China. We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work closely with global operations center, cross functions SME, reverse hubs and manufacturing suppliers in leading all quality related topics for our global reverse hubs for refurbishment, including activities to keep the QA requirement conformity, product compliance and legal requirement for ensure the overall quality performance meets the standard. • Develop and review project QA results and QA signoff; that is, including process flow, control plan, test plan, SOP and work instruction, etc. • Quality standard setup for product and align cross reverse hubs on refurbishment activities. • Responsible for the quality critical metric setup, supervise and review. • Accountable for production line qualification, ensure process and product quality are conformed. • Initiate and committing to continuous quality improvement. Lead compliance and surveillance audits, production performance monitoring and review. • Responsible for customer complaint or quality crisis. Liaise with internal and external parties in driving root cause analysis and corresponding corrective action/ preventive action implementation and validation. • Collaborate with multiple internal groups (such as engineering, Supply Chain, CMF) as well as external parties for quality issues. • Working closely with suppliers to understand and drive quality and raw material related issues. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor degree in Electronic/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or equivalents • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt will be an advantage • 8-10 years working experience in Quality and Engineering field • Experience in high volume electronic consumer product manufacturing • Proficient knowledge of Quality System, project management and advance quality philosophy, i.e. Six Sigma/ APQP methodology • Experience in IATF-16949 / ISO13485 and quality standard of FDA is an advantage • Good communication skill and influence skills within organization. • Creativity and fact based analytical skills. • Good problem analysis and problem solving with quality tools • Technical writing skills, ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner • Able to work in a multifaceted organization and fast-paced environment What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
