Your ‘day to day’ Join our team as an RRP Consumer Activation Manager and be the key person in proposing growth strategies and activities deployment to coordinate Brand presence and consumer activation activities across various Estonian regions and communities. You will be responsible for: • Selecting, planning and executing Brand activities in various events across all Estonia • Selecting, negotiating and deploying solutions of RRP products in HoReCa sector • Deploying and supervising temporary retail platform across the country • Selecting, on-boarding and engaging remote services’ personnel, constantly improving their performance to deliver the best consumer experience and conversion • Engaging with communities across the country, proposing their activation plan to facilitate product adoption within various consumer segments Who we’re looking for • A university degree (business administration, economics, management or similar) • Experience in marketing/events/HoReCa/commercial areas • Experience in 3rd Party suppliers, Agency management • Budget management, project and team leadership skills • Possess excellent organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills • Clear and constructive communication skills and fluently speak in English and Estonian • Driving license (B category) To join our growing team, apply until 3st of November (preferably earlier).
