We are looking for a Manager Governance and Continuous Improvement MEA who will work in Izmir and be responsible for governing and leading all End-to-End Supply Chain activities of MEA Regional Planning Hub. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: • Ensure the efficiency, sustainability and adherence to the global standards in the Regional Planning Hub (RPH) and to contribute in the continuous achievement of the RPH performance targets. • Drive & own the PDCA process in RPH in accordance to the global standard and facilitate the development & implementation of the action plans to deliver performance targets • Manage RPH budget cycles • Lead continuous improvement ideas collection & coordinates with Sync Hub Governance & Global Process Owners. Ensures availability of Master Data in RPH for the global systems. • Lead Business Service Provider governance by measuring the Service Level adherence and following-up on action plans • Drive identification of capability building needs of RPH organization and eliminates the capability gaps • Lead the communication activities directed to internal & external parties related to RPH • Ensure sustainability of the processes through proper standard process governance, compliance with all company policies & related regulation, and required documentation. You: • Hold a university degree, Engineering and Management is a plus • Have at least 4 years of experience within different areas of Supply Chain, along with at least 2 years of experience as a People Manager in different functions • Experience in Supply Chain functions including but not limited to Supply Planning, Production & Capacity Planning, DIM Planning, International Logistics, SC Project Management, S&OP is a plus • OPEN+, SNO experience or similar working principle to synchronize execution of SC processes with Manufacturing and Logistics processes is a plus • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Eager to learn new skills and be champion of his / her ideas • Activating people for new ideas and new way of doing • Strong Supply Chain modeling and analytical skills: interest in initiating ‘self-driving’ tools and automation of processes • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with excellent preciseness and a high level of comfort in analyzing data • Strong capacity to influence positively other team members and work collaboratively • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think and drive change • You will be part of the evolution of the systems and process in the Supply Chain Digitalization journey hence flexibility and adaptability to a continuously changing environment At Philip Morris International, employee health and safety is our top priority.
