We are looking for a Manager SC Trace and Track MEA who will work in Izmir and be responsible for governing and leading all SC Trace and Track related activities of MEA Regional Planning Hub and MEA markets. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: • Own, design and deploy the regional T&T process for Supply Chain 1) T&T Global Standards, KPIs & Systems 2) T&T Regional Distribution Processes 3) T&T Code Ordering Processes & Systems • Adherence to the Track & Trace (T&T) external requirements from the regulations and execution of T&T internal requirements from PMI strategic needs. • Ensure sustainability of the T&T processes and systems through regional governance, change management and documentation with full alignment various functions & stakeholders • Drive improvement related to systems, processes and organizations supporting adherence to the PMI internal requirements and/or external regulations. • Anticipate and Coordinate Business Process Change in MEA markets • Provide guidance to senior management in the regions in shaping their T&T organizations. • Provide expertise and guidance on regulation, T&T standards and systems. • Define to IT T&T the Business Requirements and Priorities and Support Customer Service Organizations in both “Deployment” and “Run” phases • Leverage on digital technologies to ensure agile integration of new regulations, future scale up and monitoring and control of our compliance This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: • Hold a university degree, Engineering and Management is a plus • Have at least 3 years of experience in Operations and/or SC, along with at least 2 years of experience as a People Manager in different functions • Knowledge of EU TPD or UAE Tracking & Tracing regulations or equivalent Trace & Track experience in Operations & SC functions within highly regulated industry is a plus • You will be part of the evolution of the systems and process in the Supply Chain Digitalization journey hence flexibility and adaptability to a continuously changing environment • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with excellent preciseness and a high level of comfort in analyzing data • Strong drive and influence to work with remote teams and indirect line reports • Eager to learn new skills and be champion of his / her ideas • Activating people for new ideas and new way of doing At Philip Morris International, employee health and safety is our top priority.
