As a (Senior) IT Analyst, you can expect the following day to day tasks: • We are currently looking for 3 candidates that will be assigned to one specific are: o To support our Commercial Team where systems are mainly build with SalesForce technology o To support our Customer Care that is using multiple technology enabling productivity of our call center agents o To join our Platform operations team that is handling day-to-day platform monitoring, maintenance, qa and controls for all our live systems. • Actively build and maintain close collaboration with stakeholders from Commercial and Digital departments to stay up to date with the business needs. • Understand the business processes and technical areas, execute the deployment and localization of global system solutions or participate to development of local differentiating capabilities. • Translate new business requirements into user stories/specifications and make sure that the global product team or developers understand the requirements. • For locally managed application, you will also coordinate the 3rd party development teams, validate the developments, design and perform integration testing vs. requirement, and prepare the deployment. • Participate and have opportunity to lead projects providing best B2B/B2C systems solutions using Agile principles. • Ensure reliable and efficient operation of deployed system solutions and related processes • Adapt and monitor KPIs and SLAs for the system performance, fault tolerance and optimized system availability • Build your own expertise while cooperating with professional across the global organization of Philip Morris International. Requirements: • University degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems management, Engineering or equivalent • 3+ years working experience in eliciting requirements, business process modelling, technical documentation, and system testing • Proven analytical skills to build complete understanding of requirements and translate into system solutions using Agile principles • A plus would be: o Hands-on Software Development experience leading to practical knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle o Working knowledge of Sales Force package (Demandware, SFMC, ServiceCloud, Community Cloud) o Experience with Data management systems (Treasure Data, SQL, RDS, Redshift) o System monitoring packages knowledge (e.g new relic) o Amazon Web Service experience and certification • Business level English is mandatory and Japanese (both written and spoken)is preferable
