We are looking for a Field Business Analyst who will work in Ankara and be responsible for providing & generating business development solutions to increase efficiency & effectiveness of sales & distribution operation. The main goal is to support sales management to navigate and point out potential business development areas by creating customer focused analyses and business plans. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: • Research and identify new market opportunities to increase commercial efficiency. • Work with region sales management team to prepare commercial business plans. • Prepare and publish instructive business plans to optimize & reallocate commercial resources in every potential area. • Provide detailed market analysis to support strategic decisions and for pioneering necessary action plans. • Follow, analyze and forecast sales trends in order to foresee performance and enable management to take timely action. • Bridge between HQ and region priorities by executing the vision, strategy and guidance acquired from HQ departments and providing the strategical alignment across the regions. • Review & monitor performance to point out improvement areas and recommend timely action plans. • Provide weekly sales forecasts and review distributor orders by analyzing stock sufficiency to ensure that stock-out risks are minimized. • Work with Area Management and related departments to set Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and mechanisms for incentives. Tracking and controlling the implementation of the mechanism and reporting the results to Area Management and sales force. • Gather field and competitor information in a brief to analyze the data that can turn into an action, point out the plan and share the results with sales force. • Increase commercial efficiency thru continuous process improvement & settling measurement culture among field force. You: • Hold a university degree • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention for detail • Have strong analytical skills and strategic thinking enhanced with inspirational can-do attitude and self-motivation • Have excellent knowledge of PM Information Systems (Olap, iTM, Tableau) or a relevant experience (CRM, database management, process engineering…) • Have strong familiarity with project management mindset, methodologies, and best practices At Philip Morris International, employee health and safety are our top priority.
