In this role and you will be part of our IT Corporate Platforms team at our delivery center in Krakow, Poland. Your focus will be on crafting and developing architecture ensuring systems are functional, efficient and integrate seamlessly with one and another in an efficient and secure manner. You will contribute to PMI’s API-led strategy and join the integration factory team within the platform. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? •University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology •5+ years of proven experience in IT solution architecture preferably on global delivery projects including: •2+ years of experience in MuleSoft stack •Experience in enterprise Integration practices (SOA, Microservices, ESB, ETL, Service Mesh API-led) •Experience with CI/CD tools and automation (Maven, Jenkins, Ant, Git) •Experience with toolsets like Postman, Atlassian suite, ELK •Hands-on experience with integration standards and technologies (SOAP, REST, WS*, JWT, MQTT, FTP, HTTPS, SSL) •Experience with cloud services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and containerization (EKS, Docker, Kubernetes) •Exposure to SAP technologies (PI, BAPI, IDOCs, Transactions, Tables) •Exposure to AWS •Good sense of accountability in driving results and decision-making •Superb communication and mentoring skills •Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and growing transparency •Good understanding of Scaled Agile (SAFe) Framework and Project Management methodology •Certifications – MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, AWS Solution Architect Professional, TOGAF WHAT WE OFFER? •Private medical and dental care, life insurance •Lunch card (Sodexo) •Remote work opportunity and flexible working arrangements •Employee pension plan •Multisport program •Cafeteria program •Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility •Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? •Provide recommendations for establishing IT architecture principles, standards, and patterns that can be used across a suite of products, in alignment with the overall architectural vision and direction •Support implementation of PMI's Architecture Services and all related service portfolios at IT product levels including documentation standards, to better support current and future business needs •Design, develop, document, and maintain the key business and process area-specific application and technology architecture for products and related infrastructure to meet business needs while ensuring alignment with standards and environment •Analyze, plan, and own the overall roadmap for a related product in the respective domains; and periodically publish the respective product roadmaps •Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products functionality and its dependence on release levels, through research in domain-specific industry trends and developments •Conduct periodic discussions on selected topics for the specified product seeking to form Interest groups in propagating Principals, Standards, and Roadmaps •Ensure solution alignment with Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, Reference Architecture, IT Guiding Principles, and PMI practices •Builds solution architecture / architectural designs to guide and contextualize solution development across products, services, projects, and systems (including applications, technologies, processes, and information) •Crafts reference architectures passionate about detailed design principles, decision points, detailed APIs, major systems, and dependencies between business and IT •Designs and advises the governance activities associated with ensuring solutions architecture assurance and compliance •Collaborate with PMI global/Affiliates to develop RFI and RFP documents and participate in the reviewing of vendor submissions and preparing recommendation that meets PMI requirements including compliance with established standards and practices •Engage with senior partners to understand business evolution •Support building a flexible, agile, and innovative IT organization that attracts, develops and retains the best global talent to deliver IT required by PMI, currently and in the future •Collaborate with other architects and solution professionals within PMI and contribute to the overall architecture discussion within the community •Build an environment where people can trust each other. •Co-Align with Integration Factory delivery manager on various factory initiatives •Coordinate the communication plan, regularly reporting progress to partners Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
