In the role of Commercial Portfolio Supervisor (PM) you will be the critical enabler and the change agent for the Commercial organization, empowering teams to collaborate cross-functionally, breaking the departmental silos, embedding PBO (Project Based Organization), CCO (Consumer Centric Organization) and Agile ways of working. You will empower and support the organization to adopt Consumer Centric and cross-functional collaborative work environment as a cultural shift. Use the experience and influencing abilities to deploy the change from a command-and-control culture to a collaborative one. Coordinate the initiatives run along the Consumer Journey phases, end to end process by supporting the relevant Product Owners within the initiative journey: planning, approval, monitoring, post-completion learning. Contributes to PM IT success, aiming to reach consumer and business KPIs, through initiatives focused on the Consumer and in line with Consumer needs. Specific Responsibilities include: GOVERNANCE • Implement governance standards across the projects portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of deliverables. • Ensure the widespread adoption of project management good practices: support initiative owners on definition of milestones & interdependencies, planning, monitoring, escalation when needed, risks identification, sharing of results. • Support on Governance Board Agenda definition and proper documentation tracking, ensuring proper coverage of main points of attentions, circulation of information in advance, cross-functional alignment. MONITORING • Responsible to orchestrate the monitoring activities. Ensures proper and timely cooperation of responsible functions; collects results of reporting creating a holistic view that favors the identification of deviations, issues and opportunities. • Contribute to resolution of initiative related issues by analyzing, identifying and proposing solutions to achieve main PM IT objectives. Ensure on going prioritization is performed and the focus of cross-functional teams is in line with the company’s strategic priorities. • Track initiatives progress against KPIs and goals. SQUAD FACILITATING • Support Product Owners and team members individually in order to enable teams transition towards an Agile way of working. • Facilitating cross-functional teams events like Sprint Planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective. AGILE ENABLEMENT • Enable the transition to Agile by empowering teams to develop an Agile mindset. • Support squads on Agile practices that enable them in achieving short cycle time and improve product quality. • Support teams on Agile techniques like estimation, planning, story mapping. Enabling high performance at the team level. Resolve delivery impediments. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT • Build trustworthy relationships with product owners, squad members, CCO Heads, CCO organization as a whole. • Be an ambassador of Consumer Centric ways of working within the organization; ensure a consumer centric approach is adopted within initiatives delivered by the squads. Requirements: • Demonstrated project management experience is a must • At least 5+ years of working experience with focus on the managing organization of work using standard project management methodologies. The experience is considered relevant if within FMGC company with implementation in the business. • Proven experience in projects governance, tracking, and reporting; • Experience with Agile Frameworks or Scrum within FMGC companies would be consider a plus, but is not mandatory • Knowledge Agile way of working is a plus • Any additional certification as Scrum Master/Agile is a nice to have, but not mandatory • Strong communication Skills; • Action oriented; • Ability to impact stakeholders; • Strong in planning and data analysis • Good people activator and consumer-centric approach; • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
