The Life Sciences team in PMI is committed to operate its R&D Labs in Singapore as a Clinical Research Organization (CRO), offering access to its capabilities and assets not only to internal projects and programs but also to external clients. The Business Development team will be accountable to bring the business case to life and transform the PMI Research Labs (PMIRL) in Singapore into a revenue generating organization. The Marketing Executive role in the Business Development team will ultimately design, develop and implement global marketing strategies to support PMIRL's business goals and objectives, execute tactical plans, analyze key results and report on outcomes. The Marketing Executive will also identify new opportunities to optimize positioning and increase market share. Your ‘day to day’ • Support the definition and owns deployment of customer engagement and marketing plans to enable market awareness of PMIRL’s business venture and pipeline creation on target companies. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). • Implement and develop targeted lead generation programs to generate marketing qualified leads through frequent customer contact and prospecting (i.e. Data mining and net new lead generation through ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor performance, evaluate effectiveness, quantify ROI and optimize for future projects. • Manage the planning, organization and execution of marketing materials, brochures, and web content, in support of PMIRL services. This includes sourcing, evaluating, and managing external marketing vendors that will assist in fulfilling marketing goals. • Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and advertising based on in depth analysis of data, insights and customer behavior. • Maintain a working knowledge of all company product lines with more in-depth knowledge of business segment that is being supported. Maintain a working knowledge of all company product lines with more in-depth knowledge of business segment that is being supported. • Responsible for the planning and execution of corporate trade shows and events that PMIRL will participate in. Monitor performance, evaluate effectiveness, quantify ROI and optimize for future trade show participation. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop account-based marketing campaigns. Work and maintain a cooperative relationship with the sales team to optimize the conversion to sales qualified leads when outside of scope, domain or function. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business or related discipline. • 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing or customer services. Past experience in CRO/Pharma Marketing function in Singapore/Asia/APAC area with responsibilities in marketing, sales and commercial activities. Knowledge of the preclinical Biotech and Chemical industry is a plus. • Experience in developing & executing marketing plans, research and analyzing of market trends & insights. Possess digital marketing background with experience in using Salesforce, and project management skills (Smartsheet experience). • Ability to operate with a high degree of independence. An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset are highly desirable. • Ability to understand the prospective market, core trends and dynamics, to connect with commercial acumen and hands on approach to monetize existing and future PMIRL assets and capabilities. • Data driven and analytical.
