Acting as a key link between us and legal age smokers, your role will develop our customer relationships within the CRM B2C channel and allow us to better understand our customer needs. The Role • Plan, create and implement all CRM activities and campaigns, including leveraging analysis and insights to optimise, test and follow-up on outcomes • Create, implement and send out CRM Newsletter • Coordinate tonality and key message with internal and external stakeholders • Act as Project Manager for digital projects • Drive quality assurance and the development of our CRM system and customer database • Take ownership of budget control About You You will ideally have a Bachelor or Masters degree in a relevant field of study. You will have recent and demonstrable experience within ecommerce / digital marketing, with working knowledge of the online sales process and digital performance. Experience of working with a CRM journey and the systems around this, such as Marketing Cloud and Mailchimp is also important for this role. HTML and CSS skills would be a bonus! Above all we need someone analytical, capable of managing projects and is great at managing relationships.
