Digital Team - Context We at Philip Morris are dedicated to doing something very drastic: replacing cigarettes with smoke-free products in order to create a smoke free future. This is the biggest shift in the history of Philip Morris International and the whole industry. We are convinced it is the right one for our consumers, our company, shareholders, and society. In our Digital Team we have the mission to deploy Reduced Risk Products (RRP), and related accessories, services and consumables portfolio. The ultimate goal for us is to maximize consumer value, acquisition & retention among current adult smokers. We are convinced that our Team will succeed in this mission through their relentless focus on the consumer, but also through consumer insights to make sound decisions. The main responsibilities of this team are: o Managing content creation for our portfolio of reduced risk products across all channels; o Running Trade Marketing (incl. content, brand positioning and key messaging), enabling the commercialization strategy; o Running the Digital channel, including e-commerce, and CRM Operations. To strengthen our team, we are currently sourcing a Digital Marketing Lead who will report to our Manager Digital Experience and UX. If so, then please continue reading.   As Digital Marketing Lead, you will be our internal expert related to the communication with our most important stakeholders: our consumers. You will develop well thought out communication streams trough different channels, within well-defined regulatory boundaries. Read further if you want to learn what the key accountabilities of the role are: 1. You will lead/run some implementations of the ‘campaign’ in various digital areas in close collaboration of the Marketing, ECom/Care, and digital team (UX,CRM). 2. You will focus primary on the UX evolution of our eCOM & Care touchpoints and will lead the governance of it. 3. You will measure the effect of those campaigns/digital activities and provide relevant insights/earnings/actions to the diff parties. 4. You will liaise with the Consumer Experience and Customer Care teams to ensure best value is delivered towards our consumers. Our ideal candidate would match the following experience and competence requirements: Required Experience: o You have a digital experience in a few of those areas ; SEO, UX, CRM, eCOM, Marketing. o You are equipped and able to play, understand and pull insights from digital data. o Experience in Project Management is a strong asset. o You are fluent in English. Key Competencies: o You have an analytical mind-set and are able to deduct clever insights out of our data. o You are a strong collaborator, who likes to lead complex projects with tight deadlines, together with your internal stakeholders. o You like to understand the evolutions and trends in consumer relationship management and use these insights to challenge our status quo. o Demonstrates curiosity and diverse ways of thinking to create and experiment with new ideas to benefit our consumers. o You are agile and flexible. You like the changes. What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete 2 online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. Please note that we expect the courtesy from your side to inform your current manager about your interest and application, especially after the first interview. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying.
