If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place! For our Payments & Fraud team, we are therefore looking for a Manager B2C Payment Strategy. In this position you will support PMI’s digital transformation with the focus on the following streams of work: • Define and manage the consumer payments & fraud prevention strategy developing the global guidelines, design the global blueprints and standard operating procedures. • Define and execute the global vendors’ partnerships strategy, including the management of the payments & fraud prevention vendors’ portfolio to assure a global and omni-channel reach of the payments & fraud prevention capabilities. Lead the negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with the global vendors to leverage global volumes. • Formulate critical business needs & design omni-channel services and business processes in coordination with the channel owners, the customer program owners and the finance and back office operations to build the PMI digital ecosystem. • Responsible of the execution of the payments and fraud prevention digital solutions as entrepreneur / capability owner, developing the portfolio of omni-channel services and capabilities and ensuring the end to end integrity of the roadmap with the different departments and vendors. • Lead cross functional teams and coordination with the Payments Operational team, Customer Care, E-commerce, Digital, IS, Finance, Brand Retail and other departments, both in OC and markets, to ensure the required payments & fraud prevention capabilities enable global programs. • Support the markets to localize the payments and fraud prevention strategy depending on the business model and local needs, including the selection of local vendors when global vendors are not suitable. • Develop a strong Consumer Payments & Fraud prevention community within PMI to share knowledge, educate the stakeholders, with the focus on implementing the strategy and identify synergies and continuous improvement. We’re looking for someone with: • +10 years of working experience, including: - B2C Payments and Fraud Industry experience - Vendor management or experience working with or at a payments service provider - Ecommerce experience - Online payments / offline payments / fraud prevention - Experience in Consumer goods merchants is a plus • Entrepreneurship; Action Oriented; Drive for Results • Negotiation & Commercial Savvy • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem solving skills • Proactive, independent, highly organized, detail oriented and excited about participating in growing our RRP business • Experience as team lead and project manager with intercultural skills What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
