As Media, Partnerships & Ecommerce Manager you will be part of the Member of the Extended Management Team (EMT) who architects the overall Paid and Owned Media & Ecommerce strategy and leads a team that runs Paid Media, multiple platforms, analytics and budgeting. Your ‘day to day’ • Empowers the team to develop the strategy and then deliver exceptional execution of Paid and owned digital media that involves website, social media, app and anything that includes owned channels for non-combusted alternatives. • Empower team to build ecommerce services portfolio on owned media for all relevant non-combusted alternatives. Encourage the team to discover and experiment with new permitted platforms, marketplaces and delivery services. • Ensure the team is developing clear strategy and execution of Paid (offline and online) channels and partnerships that helps to grow brand awareness among legal age consumers. • Ensure the team is developing and implementing effective organic search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to grow organic traffic and deliver top ranking on legal age consumer queries. Provides the direction to ecommerce team to deliver results, be it from Owned Channels or other Digital partnerships. • Responsible to provide guidance and support the team to deliver paid channels and partners optimization, ecommerce volume and monitor web analytics reporting to increase awareness, conversion and optimize navigation. • Ensure the team is collaborating with digital vendors externally and local B2C, brand, consumer insights, legal, distribution and OC/region internally with the objective to improve website experience and build ecommerce services portfolio. • Discovers and experiments with new permitted platforms, marketplaces and delivery services. • Develops omni-channel thinking of the team so the content and connections flows seamlessly across all owned media platforms based on legal age consumer journey opportunities and pain points. • Manage team to provide overall Digital analytics related to all channels and programs and optimize budgets for digital streams. • Be involved in the Net Satisfaction Score (NSS) program for Digital, including call backs and huddles to aligning data and insights based on survey sources, reviewing feedback and developing & implementing solutions. • Ensure legal / data privacy teams are on board to ensure adequate data control measures and standard reporting. Education & Experience • College/University Degree related to e-Commerce, Computer Sciences or Business Studies. • 10+ years in Paid/Owned Media/ eCommerce, with an understanding and experience with eCommerce funnel, SEO, SEM, Paid. • Deep prior experience on content optimization via UI/UX. • Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations • Experience delivering successful end-to-end digital programs- from concept to execution to reporting and optimization. • Expertise in managing brand presence on external partners websites • A data-focused mentality and familiarity with analytics platforms and with a track record of distilling actionable insights from data. • Be legally permitted to work in Canada.
