The Loyalty Engagement Platform Coordinator is responsible for the develop, implementation and optimization of the lifetime loyalty and advocacy content tools for RRP products adult consumers, acting as key lever in a restricted market to communicate with consumers and trigger advocacy. She/He will define a clear strategy in line with Marketing & Digital Department vision for brand community ensuring all activity is integrated in the overall loyalty strategy and plans and delivers actionable insights that can help in achieving engagement - education - entertainment and satisfaction. Your ‘day to day’ - Sets the direction for all online engagement activities and emotional connection to ensure that the bonding & advocacy experience of the brand is positive and enhance brand loyalty. This includes the set up and managing of a dedicated Content strategy created ad hoc and amplificating operations with User Genereting Content (UGC) and Surprise & Delight. - Coordinate the monthly omnichannel engagement mechanics for users and Ensure alignment on cross-functional team, internal stakeholders (CRM, Communication, Digital, External Affairs) and Briefs with the agencies. - Encourage development of effective cross functional teamwork, encourages involvement and initiative, to improve overall performance of the team spirit, motivation and commitment. - Role Model and Key contact person for all HQ partner and stakeholders representing Italy Market Who we’re looking for • Graduation in Digital Marketing, Marketing or related areas • A minimum of 7 years experience in FMCG companies of which 3 years experience in communications functions • Digital Strategy competencies and proven successful experience in gamification, content strategy, loyalty programs • Project management & communication skills • Team player with a proactive and positive approach • Fluency in Italian and English (written and oral) • Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details.
