Your ‘day to day’ As a Manager within our Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls (CMC) Governance Team, you will: • Be responsible for the compilation of the CMC content of smoke-free products Devices/ Consumables supporting regulatory submissions. • Develop and maintain the necessary processes to ensure relevant product information is generated throughout product lifecycle and collected and converted into appropriate narrative or appendix of the CMC. • Assess product changes, including the introduction of new product and variants, against current CMC content and guarantee an up-to-date dossier while providing PMI organization with adequate knowledge and understanding of the CMC strategy, content and deliverables. • Develop and communicate the mid and long term strategy to relevant stakeholders, to lead the product knowledge information, to allow for product portfolio expansion within an evolving regulatory framework. • Ensure accuracy and consistency of CMC regulatory submission information, including specific answers to authorities’ questions and periodic and annual reports. Who we’re looking for • University degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent. • Substantial experience in product lifecycle, CMC, regulatory affairs, production control and quality assurance in the tobacco, food, pharmaceutical or similar industry. • Good knowledge in related Product or Devices manufacturing requirements (e.g. 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 210, ISO 9001). • Sound expertise in popularizing technical and scientific knowledge. • Confirmed leadership skills. • Demonstrated ability to network, engage, seize opportunities, communicate, present and influence credibility at all levels of the organization, as well as to build effective project teams and foster a strong collaborative culture internally and with suppliers • Fluent in English and French (verbal and written).
